everygrain is a shared household budget tracker. This page explains what it stores about you and why.
What we collect
Your sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google and store the email address to identify your account. We do not receive your Google password or access to anything else in your Google account. If you sign in by email, we store the email address the link is sent to.
What you type in. Accounts, balances, transactions, budgets, categories, and card details you enter into the app. everygrain does not connect to banks or card issuers; nothing is pulled from a financial institution.
Nothing else. There is no analytics, advertising, or tracking on the site. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.
How it is used
Only to run the app for you and the other members of your household: showing balances, budgets and the month's expenses, and sending the sign-in email you ask for. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
The people in your household. Everything you enter is shared with the other members of the household you belong to; that is what the app is for. Nobody outside your household can see it.
Providers that host the app process it on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (sign-in emails). Google handles the sign-in handshake when you choose Continue with Google.
Deleting your data
Email hello@everygrain.app from the address you signed in with and we will delete your account and, if you are its last member, your household's data.
